Repair of my amber umbrella:

If your umbrella is defective in the first year after your purchase, we will repair your umbrella free of charge.

Please keep the invoice and find our repair, return, and refund policy here

 


Right to repair:

The following are excluded from the repair claim:

Damage or defects because of a result of an accident, transport damage, improper use, or negligence.

Damage due to severe storm damage and normal wear and tear of the umbrella are also excluded from the repair claim.
