TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

All services provided by ambra-uv for the customer are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been agreed in writing between us and the customer. By placing your order, you accept the terms of delivery and payment. We reserve the right to adjust our delivery and payment conditions at any time.

2. Order process and conclusion of contract

You can select goods from the product range in our ambra-uv online shop and collect them in a so-called shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button.

By completing the order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart and you agree to the validity of these terms and conditions.

The order confirmation that is then automatically sent by email documents that your order has been received by ambra-uv.

A contract is only concluded with the declaration of acceptance by ambra-uv and thus with the dispatch of the ordered goods.

If the ordered goods are not available, ambra-uv reserves the right not to accept your offer, so that no contract is concluded. You will be informed of this by email. Any payments already made for the ordered goods will be reimbursed to you in this case.

3. Shipping charges and delivery

To ensure that you receive your parcel safely and undamaged, we commission the Swiss Post to dispatch the parcel. All items will be shipped immediately, provided they are available from stock. If an article is not available at short notice, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time, provided we have your email address. Shipping is free of charge for you.

4. Payment, Due Date and Default in Payment

The prices quoted are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment for the goods is made in advance using PayPal or credit card. Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible. We exclude liability for any losses. The goods remain the property of ambra-uv until they have been paid for in full.

5. Privacy

We will not pass on any personal data without your consent. For more information on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy.

 

6. Discounts

Discounts cannot be cumulated and do not apply to special offers that have already been discounted.

7. Rights

Only substantive Swiss law is applicable. The application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

8. Copyright

All photos, logos, texts, reports, scripts and programming routines shown on these pages, which are in-house developments or have been prepared by us, may not be copied or used in any other way without our consent. All rights reserved.
