How do I go ahead if I want to return the goods I have ordered?





  1. Send us an email to: and state your reasons for returning or repairing the goods.

  2. Please check that your return follows our return policy (see below).

  3. You will receive a return address label from us by email, which you will attach to the package. Please ensure that no further shipping labels are attached to the package.

  4. Please stamp the shipment and send the goods back to us.

  5. As soon as we have received your returned goods, we will contact you. Your satisfaction is particularly important to us. We try to find the best solution for you.



Possible reasons for returns and refund policy:


  • Broken on arrival: Please keep your invoice and send us the defective product as described above. After we have received your defective product, we will be happy to send you a new, intact product free of charge within 1 week.


  • My umbrella needs to be repaired: We grant a warranty claim within the first year after your purchase date. Please keep your invoice and send us the defective product as described above. In case of minor damage, we will repair the defective product. If the product shows major damage, we will send you a new product free of charge within 2 weeks. Please note that you cannot claim your claim for repairs in the following cases: Damage or defects because of an accident, improper use, or negligence. Damage due to severe storm damage and normal wear and tear of the umbrella are not eligible for repair also excluded.


  • I don't like my ordered goods: If you don't like the ordered product within 14 days, we will refund the purchase price. After we have received your goods, we will transfer the purchase price to you within 5 working days. Please note that we only take back the umbrellas if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
