INFORMATION FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION AND SWITZERLAND

How to Return or Request a Repair

  1. Send us an email at info@ambra.com with the reason for your return or repair request.

  2. Please check that your return complies with our guidelines (see below).

  3. You will receive a return label to attach to your package.

  4. Post the package back to us.

  5. Once received, we will contact you promptly to find the best solution.

Our Guidelines

  • Damaged delivery: We will replace your item free of charge within 1 week.

  • Repairs: Minor damages will be repaired; major damages will be replaced within 2 weeks.

  • Not covered: Damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, severe storm conditions, or normal wear and tear.

  • Change of mind: Please return the umbrella unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days. The purchase price will be refunded within 5 business days.

Return Addresses in Switzerland and Germany (for EU Customers):

We want to make returns as easy as possible for you: umbrellas for rain and sun can be returned to either our Swiss or our German address.
The exact return address will be provided to you by email together with your return label. This ensures that your return reaches us quickly and easily – with no extra shipping costs or unnecessary delays.
